The project

SIN_PAR (Innovation System for the Heritage of Rural Andalusia) and SIT_PAR (Innovation System for the Heritage of Rural Andalusia) are two research projects of the Andalusian Institute of Historical Heritage financed by PAIDI 2020 with FEDER 2014-2020 funds. We propose strategies for innovation in the intervention, management, and communication of the existing dispersed heritage in rural areas of Andalusia through the incorporation of new technologies and territorial cooperation networks.

The information that appears on the project map comes, initially, from the registers that appear in the Andalusian Institute of Historical Heritage, which are provided to the public through the Digital Guide to the Cultural Heritage of Andalusia. In addition, for visualisation purposes we have only selected immovable assets and intangible heritage activities, so you will not find movable assets.

We are aware that, although our database and cartographic information is extensive and diverse, the work of documenting Andalusia's cultural heritage always needs to be revised and expanded. Therefore, we invite you to enter information about the heritage elements that you know and that do not appear on the map using the button provided for this purpose, which you will find once you click on the "Map" section. (Note: the map is currently under construction and will be available soon).

You can also add information to the Digital Guide to the Cultural Heritage of Andalusia through La Guía en Red or by becoming part of the Network of Cultural Heritage Information Agents.
